Fully welded spherical heating ball valve adopts a fixed ball structure.The valve body is composed of two symmetrical left and right forged hemispheres. It is welded with a single weld. It is light structure and the overall weight is lighter. The force is more balanced.

Strong resistance to deformation
The left and right hemispheres of the valve body are welded into a spherical structure, which has better integrity, balanced force, and stronger anti-bending and anti-extrusion capabilities.

The valve body is designed with thin wall thickness, light weight, and more convenient transportation and installation.
Lower risk of leakage
